We use your data to operate your account, process inquiries between buyers and sellers, verify broker and buyer identities, send transactional notifications (verification emails, inquiry alerts, auction reminders), and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform: Cloudinary for image and document storage, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Razorpay for processing broker subscription payments. Each of these providers processes data only as necessary to deliver their service to us.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us directly. You may also opt out of non-essential email notifications from your dashboard.
