Auction Avenues is a listing aggregation platform. We are not a registered broker, bank, or financial institution. Bank auction details are sourced from public SARFAESI notices, and resale listings are submitted by independent, verified brokers.

Not Responsible for Auction Outcomes

We do not conduct auctions and are not a party to any transaction between buyers, brokers, and banks. We are not responsible for the accuracy of auction notices, the conduct of the auctioning bank, or the outcome of any bid or purchase.

Broker Responsibilities

Brokers listing properties on Auction Avenues are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with applicable RERA and real estate regulations. Auction Avenues reserves the right to suspend or remove any listing or account found to contain misleading information.

User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information when registering, submitting inquiries, or listing properties, and not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on Auction Avenues, including the platform design, branding, and compiled listing data, is the property of Auction Avenues unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Auction Avenues is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on listing information.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
